M Square PFV(Project Financing Vehicle) is the development company of MajeStar City. Execution of land acquisition agreement to purchase the subject land from creditor banks took place in October 2013. More than 10 financial institutions participated in the project financing. Finally, M Square PFV obtained construction loan of KRW 520 billion (or US$480 million) successfully on June 30, 2014.
