MajeStar Investment Co., Ltd. was established in 2003 by a group of experienced real estate professionals. Our key professionals have more than 10 years of experience in realty development and investment, resulting in a successful track record and reputation with both foreign and domestic investors. Our experience allows us to competently cover the whole process of real estate development, including but not limited to; deal sourcing, business planning, permit/government relations, and marketing.

Armed with in-depth knowledge and an understanding of development projects, MajeStar Investment began developing projects funded by equity and 3rd party investors. Currently, our core business consists of three divisions: Development, Project Management, and Advisory. Each division is covered by its subsidiaries; M Square PFV Co., Ltd, MajeStar Properties Co., Ltd, and MajeStar Advisors Co., Ltd, respectively.
